Skate Calpe was built as a test showcase for the Spanish Distributors of Ice Magic International rinks to test the viability of Synthetic Ice Rinks in Spain and has gone from strength to strength throughout the 1st year of trading. It is now offered for sale so that we can concentrate on the distribution of these rinks throughout the rest of Spain although a large area between Valencia and Alicante will be excluded so as not to infringe on Skate Calpe.

Skate Calpe is used as the show rink for "Ice Magic International" and receives commissions on showings of the rink which result in Rink Sales. This will continue as before.

A Karcher rink cleaning machine is included along with approximately 2 years supply of cleaning fluid, 4 months supply of rink skate spray and spray application equipment.

The skate hire building includes racking for all of the skates along with an automated skate sharpening system.
